Had my tumbler for exactly a year and it was great up until now. The handle snapped off and I had to glue it back on. The lid is forming mold under the rubber that’s under the straw and cannot be removed to clean. I will definitely not be ordering another one and unfortunately have to throw this one out. Such a waste!

Best tumbler I ever bought! I now own 3 and working on more! Love the new 2.0 cup!

At first the cup was great. I love the leak proof design and color. However after a couple uses I noticed the hard plastic straw will not come off no matter how much force is used. I looked up so many videos on how to do it correctly, but it still won't come off. I emailed the company and reached out on other platforms to ask if my cup was defective, but never heard anything back. I continued to use the cup, cleaning the lid as best as I could without being able to take it completely apart. But now there is mold in the straw gasket that I can't get to. Can't use the cup anymore. Wish I could get a replacement or a refund.
